License

No right to use, copy, modify, or distribute the software is granted except under a written license agreement signed by Contaura LLC. Access to the source code, where provided, is confidential and grants no license to it.

Closed source; access is confidential.
No use in production without a clinic license.
Provided "as is", without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

Demo privacy

The online demo at demo.odonhub.com is seeded with fictitious sample data and resets every night. Do not enter real patient data into the demo.

When you self-host OdonHub, your clinic's data stays on your own server and database. You are the controller of that data; you can export it in open formats at any time. See the documentation for backups and data handling.

Veri*Factu / producer notice

The optional Veri*Factu module integrates with Spain's AEAT under RD 1007/2023. The legal "producer" of the invoicing system is whoever deploys and operates the software in production. Contaura LLC does not act as producer for deployments it does not itself operate. See the documentation for details.
