A database of your own
Your clinic never lives inside a system shared with a thousand others. Your own database, on your own server — so a backup is truly yours, and a restore actually restores your clinic.

Managed installs run on a server in your clinic's name — for example in Nuremberg, Germany, inside the European Union.

Does the price change with the number of chairs or dentists?
No. It's a flat clinic license — the same with one operatory or ten. Add another chair without adding a line to the invoice.
Is there a free version and a "real" paid one?
No. There's one product. Both the self-hosted license and the managed plan give you the complete software; the difference is only who looks after the installation.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — the online demo is a full, seeded clinic in your browser, no card required. Production use runs under a license.
Who owns the server and the data?
You do. Even on the managed plan, the server is contracted in your clinic's name and the database is yours. You can export everything at any time.
Is the AI included, and is my patient data safe?
The AI copilot is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, names, phones and IDs are tokenized before anything reaches the AI provider, and free-text clinical notes never leave.
